If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from Parental Stress Centre you may return it in a saleable condition within 14 days of the invoice date. We will promptly refund the cost of the materials returned. When returning items please include a copy of the invoice.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Defective items will be replaced or the purchase price (including shipping and handling) refunded.

To obtain your refund you will need to email support@parentalstress.com.au, stating your name, your address, your email address, date of purchase and reasonable explanations as to why you did not find the program suitable or appropriate.
Once your request has been received and approved, you will receive a refund, back into the account you purchased from, within 7 working days and your access to the program will be terminated.
Refunds will not be given if you simply decide that you do not want to do the program, didn’t have time, or experience buyer’s remorse.
